Project Summary
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support the implementation of ServiceNow platform.
Essential Functions
They are looking for a traditional Business Analyst who can support the Product Owner with user story creation and facilitating the completion of features by collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams. CareFirst has completed the implementation of ServiceNow's Customer Service Module and will be implementing the ITSM module next.
Top Five Skills Required
Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst (In lieu of a bachelor's degree, plus 4 years of experience)
Experience implementing ServiceNow with basic understanding of Web Service architecture for ServiceNow integrations.
Experience with any workflow mapping tools (Prefer Visio, would consider others such as Lucidchart, Miro, etc.)
Experience with any SAAS Reporting tools (FEP uses Tableau and Cognos. Power BI and other similar tools should be considered as well)
Healthcare payer industry experience
Nice to have skills
Experience with MS Visio
Healthcare industry background
Any Agile related certifications
Experience with ServiceNow ITSM or Customer Service modules.
