Company's, Fluid Systems Division in Irvine, CA, is currently seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing all aspects of customer contracts, including amendments, maintenance, electronic filing, and contract reviews.
As a Senior Contract Specialist, you will manage customer backlogs and oversee order entry, ensuring that all orders are processed accurately and efficiently. You will also manage customer forecasts and demand both internally and externally, coordinating with various teams to ensure that all customer needs are met in a timely manner.
A key part of this role involves coordinating customer interface meetings on a weekly basis and organizing daily updates on part status to customers. You will serve as a primary point of contact for our customers, providing them with regular updates and ensuring that any issues or concerns are addressed promptly.
In addition, you will work closely with our team to quote customers on new parts and repair work, ensuring that all quotes are accurate and competitive.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. They should have a strong background in contract management and customer service and be able to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

contract terms and conditions within a broad scope of responsibility. Negotiates or provides
guidance on contract change proposals. Contract challenges are frequently unique, and solutions may serve as precedents for future negotiations.

Qualifications and Education Requirements :
Bachelor's degree (BA) in Business Administration or a related discipline. Contracts management certification required e.g., Certified Professional Contract Manager (CPCM), Certified Commercial Contract Manager (CCCM); Advanced certification preferred e.g., National Contract Management
Association (NCMA); International Association of Commercial Contract Management (IACCM) unless JD or MBA.
Contracts Administration experience in Aerospace manufacturing, or commercial context highly desirable.

Pay Range :
The salary range for this position is $130,000-$150,000 per year; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.
