CNC Mill and Lathe Positions Available, $28 to $31 per hour for experienced set up operators

Job Description:

We are currently seeking skilled individuals to fill CNC Mill and Lathe positions in Dayton, OH. The ideal candidate will have experience with CNC Milling and Lathe operations, including programming, set-up, and operation. Responsibilities:

• Program, set-up, and operate CNC Mills and/or Lathes 
• Perform routine maintenance on machines
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and procedures

Requirements:

• Experience with CNC Milling and/or Lathe operations
• Ability to program, set-up, and operate CNC machines
• Familiarity with inspection equipment
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
