What are the responsibilities and job description for the CNC Lathe/Swiss Operator position at Bront Machining Inc.?
- We need a Machinist who can SETUP and run a Swiss ("SV20") Star machine.
- Proven experience as machinist.
- Must be proficient in all aspects of CNC Swiss machining, and close tolerance manufacturing.
- Ability to use precision tools (e.g. calipers, micrometers) to take accurate measurements.
- Quality oriented. Monitor machine while working to adjust the feed, maintain temperature and identify issues.
- Programming and CMM experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of setting up machines, and making adjustments as needed.
- Knows how to read and interpret drawings to ensure accurate parts are produced.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.50 - $28.00 per hour
