Job Description:
As a Telemarketer, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing them to our products/services, and generating leads or sales. You’ll need excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic to succeed in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers using a provided lead list.
- Present and promote company products/services in a professional and persuasive manner.
- Handle customer inquiries, objections, and follow-ups to maximize conversion rates.
- Schedule appointments or close sales, depending on company needs.
- Accurately record customer interactions and update CRM systems.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly performance goals.
- Maintain professionalism and adherence to company policies while working remotely.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is a plus.
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- Must complete two weeks of on-site training before transitioning to remote work.
- A quiet workspace, high-speed internet, and a reliable computer for remote work.
