Description
First United Bank is accepting applications for a Full-Time Customer Service Representative in our Lubbock Operations Center.
Responsibilities:
- Customer inquiries
- Complete wire transfers
- Issue EMV Chip Debit Cards
- Perform debit card maintenance
- Generate routine department reports
- Direct customers accordingly in the call center
- Minor bookkeeping duties
- Participate in job specific training, various bank training programs, and complies with BSA, AML and all bank policies and procedures as required
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Proficient In Microsoft Applications
- Strong Written And Oral Communications Skills
- Must Be Able to Perform Well Both as an Individual and within a Team
- Ability To Multitask in a Fast Paced Work Environment
- Detail Oriented

- Previous Banking Experience
