SUMMARY
The Learning and Growth Operations Officer implements structural and experiential governance through systems, guidelines, and programs which may include technical training, train-the-trainer programs, or learning management. Oversees the partnership with Business Managers and Line of Business Trainers, to ensure Line of Business Learning Partner Program, LMS Learning Journeys, LOB instructional design projects, and KPI dashboard requirements are being met. Consults on the selection of training tools and delivery mechanisms, based on the material being taught and the audience being targeted.
The Learning and Growth Operations Officer ensures adherence of lines of business to the objectives and standards of ElevateU rotational program. Fosters collaboration between teams to expand the program through additional ElevateU tracks.

Major Duties And Responsibilities (essential Functions)
- Monitor and evaluate training programs, processes, and workflows for quality and effectiveness; make recommendations for improvement.
- Review instructional design content; make recommendations to meet quality standards.
- Assess instructional effectiveness and summarize evaluation reports to determine the impact of training and how it affects KPIs.
- Conduct regular evaluations to identify areas to improve program offerings.
- Foster a supportive, structured environment for Line of Business Trainers to access shared resources, standards, and feedback.
- Govern the Business Managers in the practices and objectives of ElevateU.
- Adherence to all First United Policies and Procedures
- Dresses professionally
- Complete all required compliance exams on an annual basis
- Performs other duties as assigned

Required Education And Work Experience
- Bachelor's in a field related to Instructional Design, Training & Development, Educational Technology.
- 5 - 7 years of experience in the training and development, curriculum design, corporate training, or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to foster teamwork
- Management skills
- Oral and written communication skills
- Conceptual thinking skills
- Project Management skills
This is somewhat sedentary work that requires the following physical activities:
- Sitting or standing for long periods, walking, finger dexterity, feeling, repetitive motions, talking hearing, and visual acuity including close vision.
- Occasional lifting (up to 10 pounds of computer equipment or paper).
- May be required occasionally to stoop or kneel.
