Job Summary
- Responsible for ensuring high standards of patient care through strong commitment in development and growth of inter-disciplinary staff.
- Develops positive professional relationships with physicians and intra-department peers.
- Responsible for planning, implementing, directing, monitoring and promoting all current service programs.
- Responsible for leading strategic planning for future business planning initiatives; formulating budgets for current and future services; developing and implementing appropriate marketing and promotional tools for current and future services.
- Manages all human resources in a cost effective, yet supportive manner; develops and monitors the service outcome data, e.g. clinical outcomes, service, and cost.
- Demonstrates personal and professional accountability.
