- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism, fostering positive guest relations.
- Utilize reservation systems such as OpenTable for managing guest bookings.
Skills
