Overview: We are seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as a Host/Host. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional hospitality and ensuring a positive dining experience. If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced restaurant environment, we would love to hear from you. Duties: - Greet guests upon arrival and escort them to their tables - Manage the waitlist and seating arrangements - Provide accurate wait times and updates to guests - Answer phone calls and assist with reservations or inquiries - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station - Collaborate with servers, bussers, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations - Assist with taking food and beverage orders when necessary - Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and resolve issues promptly - Uphold high standards of customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests Experience: - Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred - Familiarity with POS systems, such as Aloha POS, is a plus - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Knowledge of restaurant or food service operations is beneficial At our establishment, we value our employees and offer competitive compensation.
