What You Will Do :
- Provides administrative support to Relationship Banker by coordinating loan application, progression through approval, and closings.
- Responsible for the general administration and maintenance of the loan portfolio, including assistance in loan renewals and extensions and completing annual loan reviews.
- Monitors past due report, maturing loans, file exceptions, and covenants requirements.
- Assist with loan closing documentation, client packets, sales presentations, and onboarding of clients.
- Assists clients with day-to-day customer service requests including general account inquiries, loan advances, and payments requests.
- Connects with team members across multiple departments, specifically private banking, loan operations, credit, and compliance.
- Ensures client satisfaction through contact, maintenance of the relationship, and identifying other potential bank products to help solve client needs.
- Support loan product strategies and initiatives as appropriate.
