What are the responsibilities and job description for the BUSINESS SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE-LOAN SERVICING-FILING-FLORIDA position at FirstBank Florida?
Essential Responsibilities:
Maintain controls of files and original documents retrieved from file room. Maintain logs, out-cards and follow up on the returned files and/or documents. Filing of pertinent documents in customers’ files. Back up to documents custodian.
Responsible for processing file requests from main office which includes putting file in box, logging in file, writing out card and taking boxes up to hall to be sent to main office. Also, send files to different departments as BSA, Audit, Compliance, and Risk Management. Carry boxes full with loan files from main office for putting files back.
Responsible for handling from 10 to 40 heavy incoming or outgoing boxes daily that approximately weight from 40 to 50 pounds as needed
which are from Iron Mountain or main office.
Responsible for processing document reproduction requests from other departments – Credit, Risk, etc. including documents in web-director for those who do not have access to it.
Responsible for processing outgoing mail. Making sure meter has correct date and sufficient funds.
Preparing, forwarding and record keeping of all documents stored at Document Bank.
Back up for preparation of foreclosure packages for the attorneys.
Other Responsibilities:
Perform special assignments as required by department workload. Serve as back-up when required
to other loan servicing positions.

- Able to work in standing position for prolonged periods of time.

- Some banking experience.
- Able to bend and lift up heavy files, and deal with heavy cabinets drawers.
Minimum Requirements:
Some experience in a similar job is required or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job is required. .
