Effectively communicate with property owners/managers/tenants, subcontractors

Assist Project Manager with the successful full cycle of assigned projects, from initiation to completion, including receipt of payment if necessary

Ensure all project documentation is accurate and uploaded into internal and external systems
-
Assist with customer communication and interactions
-
Ensure work authorization, completion certificates and all other required documents are obtained from client
-
Ensure work order tasks and purchase orders are completed and uploaded in a timely manner

Complete invoices accurately in line with client protocols

Support outstanding receivables

Act as a liaison between the customer and Project Manager to ensure project success

Track project changes and produce updated schedules
-
Continual learning and development in the body of knowledge through FirstCall Academy, to ensure we set the bar for skill level in the industry

Elite level of customer service, to ensure we continue to be the FirstCall our customers make for their HVAC & Refrigeration needs
Qualifications
-
1 year prior construction coordination
-
Knowledge of BuildOps is a plus
-
Manage sensitive information appropriately and maintain confidentiality

Strong aptitude to work within deadlines

Integrity, honesty, and responsibility with a desire to contribute to a team

Highly organized with attention to details

Experience of Microsoft Office software

Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to operate the computer keyboard and telephone, reach with hands and arms.
