POSITION OVERVIEW
We are currently seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join the fast-growing FirstCall team. The HRBP works collaboratively with operational leaders at all levels of the organization to support the achievement of company goals and objectives. In doing so, the HRBP supports a geographically diverse region and handles multiple responsibilities including : talent acquisition, employee relations, policy, procedure and program management and administration, performance and talent management, and compensation administration. Participates in various projects as needed to support organizational development, training, programs and growth initiatives. Partners with leadership to align HR strategy to the business strategy.

Work Environment and Conditions
Normal office environment (flexible hybrid environment - expected that most days are in office), ability to sit, stand, walk, see and hear, and operate office equipment. Occasional outdoor environmental exposure.
Ability to travel frequently to multiple sites, up to 50% - via automobile and air, required. Must have a valid driver's license and pass an MVR and background screen, at time of hire and annually.
Ability to work overtime when project demands.
