Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Help customers find their perfect vehicle and deliver a top-notch experience
• Engage and build rapport with customers—both online and in person
• Conduct test drives and showcase Subaru’s award-winning features
• Guide buyers through our simple, customer-friendly purchase process
• Follow up with customers to build lasting relationships and drive referrals
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Sales experience in any industry is preferred. Automotive experience is a plus!
• Energetic, outgoing and motivated to succeed with good customer service, communication, and computer skills
• A positive, upbeat attitude and good work ethic
• Thrives in a fast-paced team environment
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
