- Help manage all aspects of the sales department and inventory
- Engage with customers to build a base of referrals and repeat business
- Create an annual forecast and budget
- Maintain high customer satisfaction scores

- Auto sales management experience required
- Proven track record as a floor manager and a strong closer
- Able to drive sales and produce results
- Self-motivated, great leader and team builder
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Finance experience is helpful
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and professional appearance
- Resilient, creative, and organized
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
