Job Title: Commissions Analyst

We are seeking a diligent, detail-oriented Commissions Analyst to drive accurate and timely processing of our sales commission plans. This role is critical to supporting our dynamic salesforce and understanding their incentives and reward structures.
The Commissions Analyst is instrumental in calculating sales commissions based on established plans, ensuring accurate and prompt payment, and providing sales team members with the necessary visibility into their earnings. This role necessitates robust numerical competence, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and compute commissions for the sales team on a weekly basis in alignment with the respective workflows.
- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and conformity in commission processing.
- Provide Account Managers and Sales Agents/Agencies with insights into their commission structure and earnings.
- Solve any related queries and provide issue resolution in a timely and professional manner.
- Contribute to the development and revision of commission plans, as necessary.
- Review and analyze data and uphold accurate records for audit purposes.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role with commission calculations and processing
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to handle complex numerical data.
- Advanced Excel skills a must.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff and management.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to deliver quality results on schedule.
