Summary

Primary Responsibilities
- Lead the producer and administrative incentive commission / compensation process
- Review quarterly draw reconciliations and periodic Earnout calculations
- Leverage technology for continued automation within department processes
- Train and guide a team of 5 seasoned commission analysts
- Oversee inquiries from all commission recipients including investigation into “missing” commissions, revised rates, shared business, etc.
- Oversee sub-ledger to general ledger account / dimension reconciliations
- Partner closely with producers, agency unit leaders, divisional leaders and others within the organization
- Review Asset Purchase Agreements to determine optimal producer profile requirements
- Review producer & broker commission reports to ensure the accuracy of rates and compliance with commission agreements
- Review producers & brokers book of business after system conversion for accuracy of rates & codes
- Prepare ad hoc management requests
