Member Services Customer Service Representative
- Answer Incoming phone inquiries from Members, Providers and Agents.
- Pull and review information in our customer relations management (CRM) system.
- Escalate calls to different partners based on our standard procedures.
- Organize daily activities based on the goals of the organization.
- Work to exceed published production, quality and identified goals.
- Respond to customer submitted support requests, as needed.
- Assist Supervisor with communicated tasks in supporting customers.
- Answer all product-related questions in a polite manner and address queries promptly.
- Work collaboratively across multiple functional departments in the organization.
- Identify ways to improve the support provided to our customers.
Customer Service Representative Requirements:
- High school diploma or similar.
- Prior phone customer service experience
- Experience working with CRM technologies to track interactions.
- Articulate and able to perform demonstrations that engage and inspire.
- Deadline-driven, and willing to work additional hours.
- Sound technical knowledge.
- The ability to multitask effectively.
- Superb verbal and written communication skills, as well as great telephone etiquette.
- Ability to memorize details like product specifications.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A strong growth mindset.
