JOB DUTIES:
- Answer client support phone calls, support voicemail support inbox e-mails.
- Answer technical and non-technical questions
- Identify and asses client’s needs to achieve satisfaction
- Direct requests and unresolved issues to designated department
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
- Follow up to ensure resolutions have been met
- Close out or open call records
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process

- Research Clients and Employee Benefit Question

- Provider Research
- Deduction Research/Cost
- Associates Degree
- 1-3 years customer support experience
- Strong phone and listening skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Excellent data entry skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong client relationship and interpersonal skills
- Must be technologically savy
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Self-motivated, high energy, goal oriented and a positive attitude.
- Must be able to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Bi-lingual Spanish is a plus.
