JOB SUMMARY: Prepare carrier RFP's and use agency portal when applicable to search for prospect and client insurance solutions, spreadsheet and map options for Medical/Dental/Vision/Life/STD/LTD. Work with our systems team in conjunction with building out various on-line enrollment platforms and manage open enrollment periods for assigned clients
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION: Account Manager:
- Assists on sales call analysis and data gathering
- Strategizes on proposing new plans and strategies
- Mapping current plans with new plans and spread sheeting
- Making deduction strategy recommendations
- Using Kaiser Report and similar data to help show benchmarking
- Working with carriers to secure RFP for all types of insurance
- Fully Insured, Self-Funded, Level-Funded, HSA., HRA., FSA
- Teledoc, Wellness, etc.
- Ancillary coverage’s (Dental, Vision, Life, STD, LTD, etc.)
- Help sales presenting ideas and strategies with prospects
- Once strategy is agreed upon, assist with the open enrollment process
- Work with Triton Ben Admin so they can build out open enrollment and ACA set-up
- Provide semiannual status report on plan performance and make recommendations
- Handle the renewal process
- Manage and oversee that all plan data and associated rules having to do with open and life events have been built out using Navigator or similar online portal
- Ensure compliance with applicable government regulations such as the Health Care Act and HIPPA
- Assure timeliness and accuracy of your work
- Update all client and employee cases into SFDC CRM (i.e. Employee Benefit Issues that occur and we get involved with Carrier from an administration and advocacy perspective when necessary and communicate effectively to all parties involved)
- Day to day employee inquiries are handled by our Customer Support Team (including COBRA admin)

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
