Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Benefits Manager Professional to join our team at Triton Benefits & HR Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing carrier RFPs and utilizing agency portals to search for prospect and client insurance solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist on sales call analysis and data gathering
- Strategize on proposing new plans and strategies
- Map current plans with new plans and create spreadsheets
- Make deduction strategy recommendations
- Use Kaiser Report and similar data to help show benchmarking
- Work with carriers to secure RFPs for all types of insurance, including Fully Insured, Self-Funded, Level-Funded, HSA, HRA, FSA, Teledoc, Wellness, and Ancillary coverages
- Help sales present ideas and strategies with prospects
- Assist with the open enrollment process
- Work with Triton Ben Admin to build out open enrollment and ACA setup
- Provide semiannual status reports on plan performance and make recommendations
- Handle the renewal process
- Manage and oversee plan data and associated rules using Navigator or similar online portals
- Ensure compliance with applicable government regulations, such as the Health Care Act and HIPAA
- Assure timeliness and accuracy of work
- Update client and employee cases in SFDC CRM
