The new role will plan, direct, and coordinate all residential land acquisition activities to facilitate growth, from Mobile AL into the Gulf Coast region of MS.
This direct-hire position offers a base salary and commission, putting the total compensation potential in the $120K - $125K
Responsibilities include:
- Identify and qualify potential residential land acquisitions
- Perform title and municipal research
- Negotiate the acquisition of properties
- Prepare land valuation analysis and other required documentation
- Ensure property documents comply with company standards and all due diligence work is completed on time
- Manage purchase contract processes
- Monitor development phases and entitlement processes
- Maintain budgets and development schedule oversight and updating
- Develop and maintain broker, land owner, and business community relationships
Salary : $90,000 - $130,000
