Role Overview: The FirstFour Group is partnering with a national, industry-leading residential homebuilder to facilitate their search for a Senior Land Development Manager.
This role provides operational leadership to the Land Acquisition team responsible for all aspects of land and lot acquisition for residential development throughout the northern Gulf Coast region, including NW Florida, Alabama, and Mississippi.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a minimum of five years of Real Estate acquisition and negotiation experience, preferably in the home building industry. They should possess strong management capabilities, with experience managing people, department operations, budgets, and proformas. A track record of managing and growing a strong team, as well as a strong background in financial models/analysis, are highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide operational leadership to the Land Acquisition team
