About The Role
The Firsthand Solutions Consulting team plays a pivotal role in driving growth and success by helping to bridge the gap between our cutting-edge new technology solution and our clients’ business needs. Implementation Solutions Consultants will develop an understanding of market requirements, collaborate with internal and external audiences to fully implement Firsthand’s products and services, and help commercialize and analyze our solutions. This is a multifaceted position encompassing diverse responsibilities, including technical integration, AI experimentation, project management and strategic consultancy, and offers opportunities to contribute significantly to our clients' and our company's success.

About The Role

You'll be responsible for:
Solution design and implementation
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and challenges.
- Develop customized experiments and solutions that align with client requirements.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients during onboarding on ongoing use of the Firsthand platform.
- Work with clients to configure technical implementations and analyze results.
- Project manage the end to end build of client implementations, working with multiple stakeholders to drive success.
- Analyze performance of client implementations and generate compelling data analyses and case studies with insights and recommendations for Firsthand clients
- Assist in identifying areas for future optimization of Firsthand products
- 5 years of demonstrated excellence in a similar role and tech company operating environment, ideally including adtech or martech experience.
- Ability to immerse in the inner workings of complex and innovative new technology like AI and rapidly become a subject matter expert.
- Passion for innovation and helping to define the future of media, marketing, and AI.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication and collaboration skills, including with clients, product management and engineering teams, and C-level executive audiences, with an aptitude for explaining technical concepts to non-technical people and demonstrating high professional integrity.
- Highly organized self-starter with the skills and zeal to take accountability for and leadership of multiple projects and competing priorities.
- Excellent strategic, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Background in consulting and/or large scale technical project management a plus.
