As a Sales Professional with FirstLight, you’ll identify and establish relationships with referral sources. Your goals will be to maintain and grow key partnerships as well as increase revenue.

What You’ll Do
- Cultivate relationships with key referral sources and community partners
- Maintain a database of contacts, track sales efforts, and report on activities and results
- Conduct presentations, face-to-face meetings, phone calls, etc. with prospective and current referral sources to share information about FirstLight Home Care
- Participate in community networking groups, especially those related to the senior population
