IMMEDIATELY NEEDED FEMALE Home Care Caregiver, Afternoon and/or Evening shifts INCLUDES EVERY E/O Weekend shifts per week. The shift lengths generally range from 3 hours to 5 hours, typically.
MUST BE ABLE TO PERFORM PERSONAL CARES WITH A MALE
***This position involves driving to clients' homes/apartments. There is no “home-base”, this is a community-based role. A valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and valid car insurance is required. ****
LOCATIONS: You will be driving to a client's place of residence within Eden Prairie and Waconia areas.
MUST DO 14 HOURS OF ONLINE PAID TRAINING/TB TEST/Fingerprints if needed) and ORIENTATION ALL within 3 days to get started immediately!

We are looking for a professional caregiver who:

- Communicate clearly and effectively both orally and in writing, including possessing good English-speaking skills, fluency and understandability
A Day in The Life of a FirstLight Caregiver (varies from client to client based on their needs):
- Providing one-on-one care in a client's home or place of residence
- Providing companionship and conversation
- Preparing and serving meals and snacks
- Help with mobility, bathing and grooming.
- Assistance with toileting and incontinence care
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Shopping, errands and transportation
- Grocery shopping
- Sorting/organizing mail and assisting with bill paying.
Requirements for Caregiver:
- Must have reliable vehicle.
- Valid driver's license
- Valid Auto Insurance with
- CNA Certification Preferred but not required.
- 1 year of caregiver experience.
- Mobile Phone with active service
- Must complete training within 5 days.
