We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support to individuals in various care settings, including group homes, nursing homes, and home care environments. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for those you serve by assisting with daily activities and providing emotional support.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Monitor and record vital signs, ensuring the health and safety of clients.
• Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary needs and preferences.
• Assist clients with mobility and physical activities to promote independence.
• Implement care plans tailored to each individual's specific needs.
• Engage clients in social activities to enhance their emotional well-being.
• Administer first aid when necessary and respond promptly to emergencies.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients at all times.
• Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals, families, and team members regarding client progress.

Requirements

• Previous experience in caregiving or related fields such as nursing or home care is preferred.
• Knowledge of vital signs monitoring and basic first aid techniques is an advantage.
• Ability to develop and follow care plans tailored to individual needs.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach towards clients.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
• Must have a valid driver's license if transportation is required for client appointments or errands.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Proficiency in English; bilingual (English-Spanish) is a plus
