We are seeking a compassionate in-home caregiver to join our team, providing quality personal care services for our clients and giving them peace-of-mind that they'll receive the help they need.
Caregiver Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily living activities and instrumental activities of daily living
- Provide hands-on care and personal care
- Experience working with clients with fall risk
- Offer companionship and social interaction
- Prepare meals and assist with toileting and dressing
- Transport clients to and from dinner and provide wheelchair assistance
- Administer medications and provide incontinence care
Requirements:
- Previous caregiving experience preferred
- Passion for caregiving and desire to help others
- Commitment to providing quality care and being present for clients
- Empathy, patience, kindness, and respect for clients
- Ability to carry out direction and effectively manage demands of the job
