Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Monitor and document patient health status and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Administer medications as prescribed and ensure compliance with care plans.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
- Implement memory care techniques for clients experiencing cognitive challenges.
- Support clients in maintaining their independence while ensuring their safety.
- Assist with mobility and transportation needs as required.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Personal Care Assistant or similar role in home care settings.
- Strong knowledge of resident rights and patient monitoring techniques.
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is required.
- Experience in memory care and dementia support is preferred.
- Ability to create and follow individualized care plans effectively.
- Compassionate nature with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
