Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as meal preparation and personal hygiene.
- Monitor patients’ health by observing their conditions and reporting any changes to the healthcare team.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, enhancing their overall well-being.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Support clients with memory care or hospice care as needed, following established protocols.
- Collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care plans are followed.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a caregiving role is preferred but not required.
- Strong skills in patient monitoring and observation are essential.
- Ability to prepare meals and assist with daily living tasks effectively.
