Client is an elderly male and would need companionship with light housekeeping. There is no personal care needed. Ideal candidate would be somebody that is in the mid fifties and who has experience and patience to work with elderly and can engage in conversation. Shift is Monday/Wednesday/Friday from 9-2pm. It is in Northshore suburbs of Chicago.

Caregiver responsibilities include:

• Providing companionship and conversation
• Preparing and serving meals
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Shopping, errands, and transportation

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous caregiving experience
• A passion for caregiving and a desire to help others
• A commitment to being present and providing quality care
• Empathy, patience, kindness and respect
• Ability to carry out direction, both verbal and written
