FirstLight Home Care of Minneapolis West & South Metro is a growing company with part-time caregiver positions available IMMEDIATELY. Positions can grow into full-time with proven reliability and attendance. Shift preference will be given to employees who have more availability and who complete training and onboarding processes quickly and are ready to work.
Job Title : Caregiver (Home Care)
Job Status : Part-time, Hourly (Non-Exempt)
Schedule : Part-time, daytime hours, EO weekend, and holidays as needed; more details discussed in interview.
Compensation : Starting at $18 or $19 / hr. Candidates who are highly qualified, experienced, have flexibility in working hours and locations, demonstrate a pattern of good attendance and reliability, have good references / work history, may be eligible for higher pay immediately. Higher pay may also be considered upon proven reliability, experience, proven high quality of work, skill base, and quality of work. Candidates with a valid CNA registration with the state of MN will start at least $20 per hr.
