Caregivers Needed – New Haven, CT Area
FirstLight Home Care of Western Connecticut is looking for compassionate and dedicated caregivers to provide exceptional care to seniors in their homes. We have multiple openings for permanent, fill-in, and short-term live-in caregivers for over a dozen clients in the New Haven area. Pay ranges from $200 to $260 per day, with flexible scheduling and clients matched to your unique skills.

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance the quality of life for clients.
- Monitor health changes and report any concerns to the care team.
- Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping to ensure a clean and safe home environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience with senior care and assisting with ADLs.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and families.
- COVID-19 vaccination required for all caregivers.
- Ability to pass background checks and other required screenings.
