Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily operations for our office in Charlottesville. This role is essential for maintaining efficient office processes and providing support to staff while fostering a positive workplace culture.
Duties
- Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed efficiently.
- Create and Maintain accurate employee and client records.
- Serve as the front desk point of contact, greeting visitors and managing incoming communications.
- Implement office policies and procedures to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Manage phone systems and ensure effective communication within the office.
- Communicate professionally with prospective clients
- Recruit and Hire new caregivers
- Schedule home care services for clients
- Manage client acquisition for Charlottesville and surrounding areas
- Respond quickly to urgent matters outside of normal business hours
- Build and maintain relationships with businesses and members of the community
Skills
- Experience in Home Care preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to problem-solve client and caregiver issues with professionalism
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with staff and visitors.
- Familiarity with phone systems and other office technology.
- Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
