Our team is looking for a Sewing Operator to join them. You will report to the Production Supervisor and will have an onsite work schedule in Creedmoor, NC. Responsibilities include: Follow detailed instructions to lace and sew aircraft seatbelts. Re-web customer supplied seatbelts. Hand assembly of aircraft hardware (buckle, reels, adjusters, etc.) Work closely with engineering/quality and customer service personnel. Use of drawings, blueprints, and/or verbal and written instructions Adherence to company policies including general workmanship, FOD control, and documentation. Job requirements: Minimum educational and work experience requirements for the successful candidate will include the following: High school diploma or equivalent 1-3 yrs. experience in the use of upholstery sewing machines. Must be able to read and understand mechanical drawings, prints, work instructions, scales and rulers. Team player Positive attitude Attention to detail.
