In this role, you’ll be responsible for targeting and closing strategic clients both locally and regionally. You’ll have the chance to build and nurture business contacts, keep your database up-to-date, and identify and develop valuable opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic accounts by building and maintaining strong business relationships, keeping your database current, and identifying new opportunities.
- Engage with potential clients by positioning FirstOption Staffing through value-based selling, ROI analysis, references, and market data.
- Lead and be accountable for the performance and growth of client accounts, consistently achieving and exceeding market goals.
- Evaluate and negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance with company standards and pricing structures.
- Report directly to the President and collaborate across teams to ensure overall business success.
Requirements:
- 2 years of sales experience selling to HR professionals, C-level executives, hiring managers, business owners, and other senior decision-makers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer systems.
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Strong decision-making abilities, with the skill to anticipate impacts on clients and internal teams.
- Ability to effectively negotiate, understanding client needs, personality, and requirements.
- Team player with the flexibility to lead in fast-paced situations and work independently when needed.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Education:
- College degree or equivalent experience in sales, account and territory management
Comp & Benefits:
- Base salary Commission Bonus

Schedule:
- Monday – Friday
- 8AM – 5PM
- Occasional Client Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner
- After-hour networking meetings Etc.
Location:
- Off 410 and Broadway, near Alamo Heights
