What are the responsibilities and job description for the Supervisor External Reporting position at firstPRO 360?
FirstPro360 continues to partner with top companies in the Atlanta Metro area! We are seeking a qualified a Supervisor of Financial Reporting for a highly reputable Fortune500 company in Sandy Springs.
The ideal candidate will have a CPA or in process of it and experience in Big 4 or with a large public accounting firm. A mix of public accounting and industry is also acceptable.
Key Duties:
Responsible for preparing quarterly and annual financial statements.
Interprets accounting data, prepares balance sheet and cash flow statements and develops financial reports to meet internal and external statutory requirements. This position supervises the External Reporting Specialist.
- Assists with the External Auditing Process
- Prepares Accounting Entries and Related Information
- Prepares Supporting Documentation for Regulatory Filings
- Supervises and Develops Others
Qualifications:
Bachelors in Accounting or Finance
3-5 years of experience in accounting or audit/assurance
Public accounting with a large firm required
Corporate accounting at a large publicly traded company a plus but not must
CPA or tracking
