IT Support Specialist
Job Details
- Compensation: Up to $25/hour with weekly compensation
- Contract: (About 4 months)
- 100% Onsite (Extensive travel is required)
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 Pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide at-the-elbow support for end-users transitioning to client email accounts.
- Guide users through predefined login scripts and FAQs to ensure a seamless transition.
- Address troubleshooting issues such as login failures and access problems.
- Conduct on-site rounds to assist users as needed.
- Rebuild and reconfigure iOS devices (e.g., iPads) to transition them onto the client Intune system.
- Deploy rebuild devices back to users and verify functionality.
- Assist with waves of device transitions, starting with hospitals and later expanding to outpatient facilities.
Job Requirements:
- Basic understanding of Outlook, Microsoft 365, Windows OS, iOS, and Intune.
- Experience with Level 1 IT support and troubleshooting.
- Strong customer service skills to handle end-user interactions professionally and efficiently.
- Ability to follow predefined scripts and processes.
Salary : $23 - $25
