We are seeking IT Support Technician to assist with a large-scale email migration and device rebuild project. This initiative involves transitioning users into a new email system and rebuilding approximately 10,000 Windows and iOS devices to function within the updated infrastructure.
This is a contracting, onsite opportunity which will include travel to other client locations. Driver’s License and reliable vehicle are required for this role.
Responsibilities :
- Provide at-the-elbow support to end-users transitioning to the new email system.
- Guide users through predefined login scripts and FAQs to ensure seamless migration.
- Troubleshoot issues such as login failures and access problems.
- Conduct on-site rounds to address user needs and resolve issues.
- Rebuild and reconfigure iOS devices (e.g., iPads) to integrate them into the new system.
- Deploy, rebuild devices to users and verify proper functionality.
- Assist with phased device transitions, starting with hospitals and expanding into outpatient facilities.
