Payroll Specialist – Responsibilities
- Process weekly and biweekly payroll for 500 employees (PT, FT, student workers, exempt / non-exempt).
- Manage payroll adjustments, garnishments, and deductions.
- Ensure compliance with payroll taxes, laws, and company policies.
- Onboard new hires and assist with employee data management.
- Utilize Oracle Fusion (cloud-based) for payroll processing.
- Leverage Excel for data management (sorting, filtering, VLOOKUP).
