Project Manager

firstPRO is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to drive the successful delivery of complex, high-impact initiatives. This role requires program-level leadership, proactive risk management, and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will excel in aligning project outcomes with organizational goals while ensuring rigorous oversight of scope, schedule, and budget. This role is a consulting opportunity and sits 100% onsite in Fort Washington, PA.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end management of multiple complex projects, from planning through closure.
• Direct cross-functional teams and allocate resources to achieve project objectives efficiently.
• Monitor progress against milestones, manage critical paths, and ensure adherence to timelines.
• Proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and manage dependencies to ensure project success.
• Communicate project updates, risks, and progress clearly to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
• Implement and oversee change control processes for scope, resources, schedules, and budgets.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to achieve project deliverables.

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience managing large-scale, complex projects or programs.
• Strong expertise in risk mitigation, stakeholder engagement, and strategic communication.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Azure DevOps and Smartsheet (preferred).
• Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and facilitation skills.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
• Solid understanding of data center operations, network engineering, and IT procurement.
• Ability to align technical capabilities with strategic business objectives.
• PMP certification is highly desirable; experience in mortgage banking or IT environments is a plus.
