Senior Financial Analyst - Up to $115k, onsite full time
Global industry leader is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst. This organization is growing in the US, adding 4 plants in the next 3 years. Each Senior Analyst is responsible for the budget/forecast for 1-2 plants. The ideal candidate comes has 3 years of largest company financial analysis experience. ***100% onsite opportunity with some travel
Responsibilities
- Create and share comprehensive reports for Plant Managers, Manufacturing Directors, and VP of Operations
- Combine monthly production metrics with financial data to highlight cost-related production issues.
- Monitor reports to identify delays in compliance with plant processes and work with plant operations staff to address issues promptly.
- Assist in the annual planning process with Plant Management by using past performance to make realistic forecasts and explore "what-if" scenarios.
- After the annual plan is set, ensure accurate cost reporting by maintaining up-to-date Bill of Materials (BOM).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance or Accounting
- 3 years' of Financial analysis experience
- Large company experience
Salary : $105,000 - $115,000
