Senior Manager, Total Rewards - Up to $150k 15%
Our client, a global leader, is looking to hire a Senior Manager to support their compensation, benefits and payroll departments. This person will manage a team of 5 and must have 10 years of compensation and benefits experience. Offering; FREE medical benefits, 401k match and 4 WEEKS of PTO. ***50% onsite
Description:
- Manage the Compensation Management Program, including job classification, salary structure, and performance management. Conduct market surveys, analyze internal equity, evaluate job positions, and coordinate annual performance appraisals.
- Oversee the timekeeping process to ensure accurate and timely recording of hours and payments.
- Ensure compliance with compensation-related laws and regulations, including the Fair Labor Standards Act and the Equal Pay Act.
- Stay informed on compensation trends and best practices, recommending updates to policies and structures.
- Administer health, welfare, and retirement benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, 401(k), FSAs, and PTO.
- Monitor benefits trends and recommend improvements when applicable.
- Ensure regulatory compliance for benefits programs, including ERISA reporting and 401(k) non-discrimination testing.
- Maintain the HR Information System (HRIS), ensuring data integrity and recommending system enhancements.
- Manage third-party service providers to optimize HR operations.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:
- 10 years of compensation and benefits management
- Large company experience
- Manufacturing experience helpful
Salary : $135,000 - $150,000
