Position Summary :
As a Financial Analyst, you will work closely with business leaders and the finance team to assist in monthly forecasting, financial reporting, and business analysis. This role offers a blend of office and remote work, with the opportunity to contribute to the company's financial success through insightful analysis and actionable recommendations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Monthly Forecasting & Reporting : Review and assist in the preparation of monthly forecasts for financial statements and generate regular financial reports.
- Budgeting Support : Assist in the creation and preparation of annual budgets, collaborating with business leaders to ensure accuracy and alignment with organizational goals.
- Business Analysis : Prepare detailed analysis of financial and operational performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and providing data-driven recommendations.
- Cost-Benefit Analysis : Conduct thorough cost-benefit analyses to assess potential opportunities and evaluate the financial impact on the business.
- Dashboard & Reporting Creation : Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and other analytical tools to support decision-making and business operations.
- Cross-Department Collaboration : Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across various departments to ensure alignment and facilitate the flow of information.
