Job Overview:
As a Front Desk Associate, you will work independently without direct supervision. You must possess strong communication, telephone, and customer service skills. You should be detail-oriented and able to multitask.
You will meet and greet residents, check guests and service providers in/out. You are expected to understand and react to emergency response and access control procedures; monitor and operate electronic security control systems; and accurately maintain daily logs, records, and forms.
Your Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate excellent customer service, communication, and time management skills.
- Monitor the Emergency Response System.
- Greet and direct Residents, guests, and invitees.
- Monitor and control Electronic Security Control Systems.
- Respond to emergency situations in a timely and efficient manner.
- Monitor and control access to the building.
- Maintain daily log, records, and forms.
- Resolve and follow up on all complaints/issues.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment throughout the building/property(s).
- You may be assigned other duties by the on-site property manager.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
- Other duties as required.
Skills & Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalency is preferred.
- College-level courses in business or hospitality are preferred.
- Two to three years of business experience are preferred.
- Computer literacy, with command of information system hardware/software, is preferred.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills are required.
- Multiple language fluency is desirable.
- Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills are required.
Physical Requirements:
- You must be able to lift 30 – 50 lbs.
- You will work in an upright standing or sitting position for long periods of time.
- You must handle, finger, grasp, and lift objects and packages.
- You must reach with hands and arms.
- You must communicate, receive, and exchange ideas and information by means of the spoken and written word.
- You must be able to quickly and easily navigate the property/building as required to meet the job functions.
- You must complete all required forms.
- You must be able to work extended hours and weekends based on project requirements.
- You must be able to respond to emergencies in a timely manner.
Schedule Varies: Morning - 7am - 3pm Afternoon - 3pm - 11pm

Compensation: $16 - $18 Hourly
