We are hiring for Digital Account Representatives
Be a part of a growing solution to servicing customers!
In this position, you will take inbound calls, place outbound calls, document a customer’s financial situation and assist with account resolution. We are very customer service focused, and don't use any harsh tactics or approaches. We are here to help the customer!
We offer:
- 3 weeks of paid training Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm
- 2 schedule options after training Monday- Friday 9am-6pm (19$ an hour), Monday - Friday 11am-8pm (22$ an hour)
