Position Details:
- Location: 5725 Mark Dabling Blvd, Colorado Springs (In Office Position)
- Start Date: April 7th
- Pay: $19/hour
- Training:11am-8pm Monday to Friday (3 weeks)
- Schedule: 11am-8pm Monday to Friday
What You’ll Do:
- Engage with customers to assess their financial situations and discuss tailored payment arrangements.
- Create positive experiences by responding professionally to inquiries and offering alternative solutions.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism while adhering to compliance regulations and security policies.
- Meet performance metrics and uphold Federal and State laws.
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- At least 6 months of customer service or sales experience with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- A stable work history that demonstrates reliability.
- Basic computer and strong typing skills.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
- A diligent, self-motivated attitude with a commitment to professionalism.
- The ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
