About The Team
Our Centralized Pricing team is responsible for all product pricing within the Banking Solutions division of FIS. Banking Solutions is responsible for Modern Banking, Core Banking, Card Issuing and Processing, Money Movement (B2B and P2P), Item Processing, Card Production, and Digital. We work closely with sales and our line of business to help win deals and ensure we maximize the revenue potential for FIS. Strategically we help develop pricing strategies and models as part of the broader Strategy & Commercialization organization.
About The Role
As a Pricing Analyst, you’ll work closely with sales representatives, product solutions consultants, legal, contract administration, business unit owners, billing, and finance to generate and prepare pricing proposals for delivery to clients.

About The Role
As a Pricing Analyst, you’ll work closely with sales representatives, product solutions consultants, legal, contract administration, business unit owners, billing, and finance to generate and prepare pricing proposals for delivery to clients.
What You Will Be Doing
- Manage incoming deals for an assigned product area, managing both the pipeline of incoming deals as well as urgent requests
- Work closely with the business and sales to prioritize the backlog of items
- Collaborate with team members on assigned deals
- Work across sales, line of business, development, professional services, implementations/migration, CIO, and other teams to understand and ensure that deals are structured to maintain margins, cover our cost of the solution as the product grows, provide clarity of levers available to the sales team to structure the deal that is beneficial to the client
- Enhance our ability to add or cross-sell additional products to the customer
- Work with the Commercialization Operations team on deal tracking, cost assessment and cost allocation across clients
- Provide guidance and support for your assigned product area across all parts of the Commercialization business
- Align with LOB to create more accurate, appropriate, and simplified pricing for “standard” product offerings
- Work with the GTM team to provide input on how to package and price multiple FIS solutions as single offerings
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience
- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) experience preferred
- 8-10 years of financial services experience, preferably within banking and payments
- Knowledge of pricing strategy with an emphasis on value-based concepts
- Ability to analyze and solve problems using learned techniques and tools
- Strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional interpersonal skills
