Job Summary
As the Compensation and Benefits Coordinator, you will take the initiative to ensure timely and accurate compensation and benefits administration for the organization. The most rewarding part of this role is being a key individual in providing compensation to each member of the organization.

These skills will be used to:
- Implement, maintain, and review payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, wages, commissions, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions.
- Maintain accurate records of employee benefit elections and changes and ensure updates are sent to the appropriate vendors.
- Assist with Compensation and Benefits portion of New Hire Orientation and onboarding.
- Reconcile and pay benefit vendor invoices.
- Update Associate Handbook, Benefits Guide, and other payroll and benefits communication, as directed.
- Responds to associate emails accurately, timely and with excellent customer service.
- Prepares and distributes biweekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports as needed.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws and best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- Must be able to use sensory skills (i.e. verbal communication) to effectively communicate and interact with other Associates and customers.
- Must be able to perform repetitive motions and use fine motor skills (i.e. typing, writing) to operate office supplies (i.e. computer, calculator, copier).
- Must be able to lift and carry approximately 20-25lbs unassisted.
- Must be able to sit for long periods of time with low periods of reaching and standing.
